Профилактика вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы складывается из предупреждения факторов, способствующих развитию этой патологии и устранения причин, приводящих к ней.
На первом месте в этом плане стоит ношение обуви. Как Вам теперь известно, основной причиной, ведущей к появлению вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы, является ношение тесной обуви с узким носком. Поэтому одной из мер профилактики этой болезни является ношенире правильно подобранной, удобной обуви, желательно с широким носком.
Одной из причин, способствующих вальгусной деформации, является плоскостопие. Профилактика развития плоскостопия и лечение уже имеющейся патологии также помогает предупредить возникновение смещения большого пальца стопы. В этом плане ношение правильной удобной обуви так же играет особую роль. В частности, у женщин большая проблема – это практически постоянное ношение обуви на высоких каблуках.
Ортопеды рекомендуют носить туфли с округлым мыском, при этом каблук должен быть не выше четырех сантиметров,а подошва достаточно гибкой, хорошо амортизирующей и плотной. Мы рекомендуем дома почаще ходить босиком, а на улице можно по ходить по песку (будьте осторожны при этом, чтобы не пораниться).
Для профилактики прогрессирования деформации и для комфортного ощущения стопы рекомендуются специальные ортопедические приспособления. К ним относятся стелька-супинатор, П-образная шина для второго пальца и ночная лонгета для первого пальца. Эти консервативные средства могут приостановить развитие деформации, облегчить боль и создать здоровую среду для функционирования стопы.
