Hallux valgus - лечение вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы - 2008
Принцип ортопедических устройств при лечении данной патологии стопы заключается в нормализации положения большого пальца. Тем самым устраняется смещение в плюснефаланговом суставе.
Среди многочисленных ортопедических приспособлений, предназначенных для лечения вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы выделяют следующие:
- Стельки-супинаторы
- Полустельки-супинаторы
- Подпяточники из натуральной кожи
- Подпяточники из силикона
- Подпяточники из геля
- Корригирующие изделия для пальцев стопы
Кроме того, эти изделия могут производиться и из силикона:
- Стельки
- Полустельки
- Подпяточники
- Межпальцевые прокладки
- Плюсневые подушечки
- Корригирующие изделия для пальцев стопы из силикона
- Силиконовые пластыри.
Кроме того, применяются и специальные ночные шины для большого пальца стопы. Это так называемая отводящая шинка-бандаж. Она представляет собой каркас из дюралюимниевой жести, который охватывает стопу и большой палец. Прокладки в такой шине сделаны из натуральной кожи. Эта шина наиболее эффективно помогает во время сна, на фоне расслабленных мышц. Регулярное ее применение приостанавливает дальнейшее отклонение, частично нормализует положение большого пальца стопы и адаптирует тонус мышц и связок стопы к измененному положению пальца. Ношение шины противопоказано при синдроме диабетической стопы.
Межпальцевая прокладка предназначена для предотвращения отклонения большого пальца стопы, что является характерным признаком вальгусной деформации, на фоне плоскостопия, а также для уменьшения трения между пальцами. Она состоит из биологически инертного полимера, который не вызывает аллергических реакций и уменьшает потливость между пальцами.
Еще одним приспособлением для большого пальца стопы служит гелевое защитное кольцо. Оно предназначено для защиты суставов пальцев от трения об обувь и друг о друга при наличии деформации пальцев (например, молоткообразные пальцы, перекрещивающиеся пальцы, когтеобразные пальцы), а также омозолелости в области межфаланговых суставов. Это кольцо нашло свое применение при подагре, отложении солей, артрозо-артритах и бурситах суставов пальцев. При начинающейся деформации пальцев кольцо применяют для профилактики образования омозолелости. Также его можно использовать и при вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы.
Гелевое кольцо представляет собой короткую манжетку, сделанную из особого техногеля, прикрывающую суставы или омозолелость на пальце. Его надевают на палец, прикрывая наиболее трущееся или болезненное место. Носят в течение всего дня. Для соблюдения гигиены кольцо следует промывать теплой водой в мыльном растворе и обрабатывать детской присыпкой или тальком.
