Hallux valgus - лечение вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы - 2008
Как уже было сказано, операции по поводу вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы выполняются под местной анестезией. Это означает, что пациент во время операции находится в сознании. Для анестезии используются местные анестетики: новокаин, лидокаин, маркаин, бупивакаин и другие.
Однако, на усмотрение анестезиолога и самого пациента, может быть выбран и другой метод анестезии: спинальная, внутривенная, эндотрахеальная.
Противопоказаний к этим методам анестезии практически нет, единственное, что может ограничить применение некоторых из них – это гнойные и воспалительные заболевания в области предполагаемого вмешательства. Возраст так же не является каким-либо препятствием.
Чаще всего для данной операции проводится проводниковая анестезия. При этом раствор анестетика вводится в место прохождения нервов, которые отвечают за чувствительность стопы. Для этого врач вводит раствор в области голеностопного сустава, где эти нервы находятся неглубоко. Анестезия наступает через 5 – 10 минут. После ввода раствора анестетика в начале может ощущаться легкое покалывание и ощущение тепла в стопе.
После операции анестезия еще будет длиться некоторые время – полчаса, максимум час. Постепенно ее действие пройдет. Поэтому для обезболивания после операции обычно требуются анальгетики – например, обычный анальгин или любые другие препараты.
