Показания для ношения индивидуальных ортопедических стелек
Hallux valgus - лечение вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы - 2008
Ортопедические стельки, которые изготавливаются специально по форме стопы пациента с учетом ее анатомических особенностей и с необходимой коррекцией всех сводов стопы называются индивидуальными. Это основное отличие индивидуальных стельки от тех, которые изготовлены для среднестатистического пациента со среднестатистической патологией стопы.
Для чего нужны индивидуальные ортопедические стельки
Индивидуальные ортопедические стельки:
- поддерживают своды стопы (поперечный и продольные);
- повышают устойчивость пациентка при стоянии и ходьбе;
- улучшают микроциркуляцию крови стоп;
- предупреждают усталость стоп;
- предупреждают развитие патологических состояний опорно-двигательного аппарата;
- снижают нагрузку на позвоночник, тазобедренные, коленные и голеностопные суставы при ходьбе;
- улучшают общее самочувствие пациента;
Показания для ношения индивидуальных ортопедических стелек:
- Плоскостопие;
- Вальгусная деформация первого пальца стопы;
- Пяточная шпора;
- Разность длины ног (укорочение ноги);
- Неврома Мортона;
- Подагра;
- Синдром диабетической стопы;
- Боли в стопе, голеностопном, коленном, тазобедренном суставах, спине.
- Беременность.
Основным показанием для ношения стелек и других ортопедических приспособлений для стопы считается коррекция плоскостопия и нормализация правильных сводов стопы. Как известно, плоскостопие является одним из факторов риска развития и вальгусной деформации большого пальца стопы.
Что такое полустельки?
В некоторые модели обуви стандартные полные индивидуальные ортопедические стельки могут не уместиться, так как данная обувь имеет довольно узкую переднюю часть («остроносые»). Естественно, такая обувь не рекомендована для ежедневного ношения, в особенности если она и на высоком каблуке. В такой «остроносой» обуви передний отдел стопы испытывает повышенную нагрузку, что способствует развитию деформаций в нем, например, вальгусная деформация большого пальца.
Для такой обуви разрабатываются специальные индивидуальные ортопедические полустельки. Такие полустельки не имеют переднего отдела. Что позволяет их использовать с «остроносой» обувью. И в тоже время они позволяют корригировать все своды стопы.
